There is no replacement for hard work, says national rugby 7s rep Joji Ragamate.

Speaking to students of Stella Maris Primary at the International Children’s Day celebration, the Corrections officer challenged students to aim high in life and achieve their dream.

“If you want to become successful in life, you have to work hard for it.

“There are no two ways about it. If I can do it, you can do it too!”

Ragamate told students that as a little boy, he had always dreamed of representing Fiji.

He said while he had his share of struggles when growing up, he remained committed and dedicated.

“You have to sacrifice and you have to persevere if you are to achieve that dream of yours.

“There is nothing wrong with dreaming because that is exactly where you can get inspiration from,” Ragamate said.

“Also please remember to put God first in everything you do because with Him nothing is impossible,” he added.
