Staff of Corrections headquarters during the end of year church service today.

Commissioner of Corrections Lieutenant Colonel Ifereimi Vasu today thanked his staff for their commitment that allowed the FCS to win the 2011 Achievement Award for the second time in a row this year.

Speaking at a church service today for headquarters staff to mark the end of 2011, Lt. Col Vasu said the award was only possible through their hard work, dedication and sacrifice.

He commended the efforts put in by everyone during the year and urged everyone to keep working hard and continue to strive for the best come the new year.

He also wished the staff and their families well.

Yesterday the staff was engaged in civic pride by cleaning up the Suva foreshore led by Lt. Col Vasu.
