The message of and support for the Yellow Ribbon has gone around the world.

The Yellow Ribbon t-shirts and caps were being spotted by servicemen in peace keeping duties with private security firm Armorgroup in Iraq during their Christmas festivities.

The group of soldiers have been wonderful supporters of the Yellow Ribbon project and have been assisting with the school fees of children of prisoners. They have been closely following the development of the Yellow Ribbon and were regularly updated with news from Fiji through the Fiji Prisons and Correctional Service website www.corrections.org.fj .

Co-ordinator Inoke Cama sent the best wishes of the Armorgroup friends of the Yellow Ribbon to the Commissioner of Prisons and all officers of the service. He said that his colleagues are confident that the Yellow Ribbon Project of giving offenders a second chance will greatly assist in the road back to become productive members of society.
