The Commissioner told those present at the thanksgiving service today was a new beginning for the prison service. “Today is the moment for the FPCS to take a new road. “I have only two messages for you officers, one is do not be at the wrong place at the right time and if you don’t prepare - prepare to fail.” The Commissioner remained his officers that they must always be relentlessly in the pursuit for excellence. “No one is made perfect, only God is perfect, but we must always be relentless in our pursuit for excellence. “We must never be satisfied but keep on trying to do our best for the people under our care.
