MEDIUM DRILLERS WIN AGAIN
![]() First it was the inmates. Now it was the turn of the officers of the Medium Security Prison to bring honours to the institution. They were declared winners in the officers drill competition held at the Staff Training College in Naboro, judged by an independent panel from the Fiji Police Force. Six teams from the institution and headquarters took their turns on the drill square to strut their stuff under the watchful eyes of the judges. The competition took place to the beat of the music and drums of the Fiji Police Force. Deputy Commissioner Auta Moceisuva officiated at the event which was for the Naivalurua Trophy; now to become an annual drill competition. Only two weeks earlier the inmates from Medium won the drill competition among the inmates, despite strong contentions from six institutions in Suva, Naboro and Nasinu. www.corrections.org.fj |
