A/POA Dausiga standing and sharing his view during discussion at ATG in Nasinu 

Acting Prison Officer Class A (A/POA)Josua Dausiga is the first prison warden to be selected to partake in Military Officer Cadet Training programme.

The three month training programme which started last week, is a leadership course for Junior Non-Commissioned Officers based specifically on military standard operation is being conducted at Army Training Group in Nasinu

Of the group, five are police officers and Dausiga is the lone prison warden.

Fifteen participants are female.

It is envisaged that after the completing the training programme, the A/POA Dausiga will be better equipped to be a leader.

The training programme includes fatigue parade, ammunition practice, cross country, lectures and map reading.
