CHURCH SERVICE PARADE
The 2009 church service parade was held at all divisions of the Prisons Service. The Central and Eastern Division’s held their service at Naboro where Reverend Ame Tuwere (President of the Methodist Church) presided over the occasion. Officers and their families attended from Nasinu, Suva, Women’s and the Naboro Prisons.

The Northern Division church service was much welcomed by the members of the Vatunibale church as this was the first of its kind to be held at the church (out of the Prison boundaries) with other denominations. One of the objectives of the Northern programme was to come out of their boundaries and promote and engage with their neighboring communities on the changes that have taken place.

The Church service was a success and highly appreciated by staff and the community in the Western Division.
