The former Director of the Prison Fellowship Fiji, Aporosa Rageci was appointed as the Prison Chaplain. A former inmate of our Prisons the Rev Rageci has been an outstanding model of the transformation process, though his incarceration experience. A well respected and motivational speaker, Rev Rageci joins the Service at a time of transition within our system from that of containment to one of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Having been there and done that, Rev Rageci will lead the thrust to implement our programmes, where officers are mandated to be Captains of lives (role model) for those committed to our care.

With with the new emphasis within our Prisons and Corrections Services on changing lives, it is therefore prudent that such a man of wisdom and experience be at the helm of the consolidation of the spiritual focus of our mandate.

He is based at our Sukuna House office.
