An official of the People’s Republic of China’s Embassy, Mr. Chen Yuwen was Chief Guest at the joint Forces (Army/Police/FPCS) Hapkido programme at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks, Nabua on the 17th of December, 2008.

The function was preceeded by the ‘black belt’ grading programme for about 50 participants from the three (3) disciplinary forces.

In addressing the graduates the Chief Guest said,”I hope that the art you have gained will discipline yourself and will enable you to control yourself. It will also help you to defend yourselves but remember do not abuse it”.

Over 100 guests attended the ceremony, which was a testimony of the closer linkages now developed between our disciplined forces.
