It is situated at Vaturekuka, Labasa in the province of Macuata. Labasa Prison is an unclassified Prison and accommodates both convicted and unconvicted prisoners. Prisoner’s employment includes root crops and vegetable farming, cemetery maintenance, upkeep of prison compound, and other government stations. Rehabilitation programs are mainly focused on Counseling Programs and Agriculture Courses. |
